La Fromagerie Tessier

Fromagerie Louis Tessier, located 20 km east of Angers, was founded in 1910. In 1980, it joined the Savencia group, then part of the Bongrain group. The company produces renowned speciality cheeses made from cow’s and goat’s milk, including “Caprice des Dieux”, “Géramont”, “Galet de la Loire” and “Chavroux”. It uses two cheese-making technologies (traditional and ultra-filtration).

International agri-food group, Savencia operates in 31 countries and employs 200,700 people, including 11,000 in France. Fromagerie Louis Tessier, which specialises in soft cheeses, used our Aquiweb software to install an MES in its packaging workshops, enabling it to drive continuous improvement.
